 Prompt: Write about a moment when you had to step out of your comfort zone. 


A time I had to step out of my comfort zone was when I needed to do public speaking in front of a large number of people whom I didn't know.


Today in class, we worked on our argument stories about whether there is such a thing as a good kill.


I see the different viewpoints of the arguments about whether there can be a good kill, and I think that there can be, especially if you need to defend yourself.

A real moment in my life where I felt like it was the beginning of a powerful story is when I started to truly plan my life, what I want to do, and what I can realistically do, and how I can achieve my goals. This felt like a turning point because I gained goals and know what I would like to do. Today in class, we analyzed Dr.King's I Have a dream speach and broke down 1 specific form of rhetoric. I understood today why, in Dr.King's first line, it was a hyperbole.
