Prompt: Write about a conversation that changed you.

Prompt:  Write about a conversation that changed you. A conversation that changed me is the conversation with my friend about life and how much more I need to be doing to go where I want to be. It showed me how little I am doing and how much more I could easily do.(I still don't do what I can, but I do more than I used to) Today in class, we went over 2 articles about social media on teens and how we were going to turn that into an argumentative essay. I now know that I should read the articles that I want to argue on and find more details before choosing a point to argue on, especially if the articles only mention what I was thinking about arguing about once.

Today in class, we went over finding claims and getting their opposing claims. I see now there are so many ways to disporve claims and find other solutions to them.

As you grow older and face new experiences, what issue or topic do you think you'll have to stand up and debate most often, whether with friends, family, or society? As I have grown older and faced new experiences, the issues that I have to stand up and debate with my family are the issues about tech, because everyone I know has terrible opinions and a minimal amount of knowledge about tech. Today we worked on the different types of claims and went over them, and had an assignment on them in class. I am still working on it, but I have understood the different types of claims and where and how to use them.
